I attended the 'Big Write' on Tuesday and had a really good time. All the kids i spoke to said they were really enjoying themselves and it was interesting reading the stories everyone had written. Well done to Limpsfield (the staff and the kids) - you have shown yet again why you should all be very proud!!

hi im in mrs graysons class and i just want to tell u that we went to the butterfly house on tuesday it was so colourful some people were scared of the snake but i wasn't because i felt it and there was an aligator it was freaking me out but the best thing i enjoyed was feeding the chickens and the lambs im used to feeding the chickens cause my nan has 2 =D xx bye mrs grayson and mr broad

on monday 28th september 2009 we took part in liguvision, a french singing compitition. we sung quelle el etile. which means what time is it! it was a real nerveracking day as they were six schools we competed with but from all of the hard work it came out for nothing. not really for the first time we won!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it was fantastic we spread happiness to mr bainbrigde and through the school hehe.

and planning on goin to preston univesity in september to get a degree in police and investigation with a chance of going on to get a masters degree.
ive been playing rugby for about 4-5years now for mosborough rufc and doing quite well... oohhh got a chance to do a sports scholorship at uni so wont get into as much debt lol

well i left limpsfield in 1999 wow 10 years ago now! Mr Bainbridge is a legend as is the school. I joined limpsfield in year 3 from a different school and was in Mrs Graysons class...i made alot of strong friendships while at limpsfield alot of whom im still friends with today...while i was at limpsfield i had an accident and the school and staff as well as pupils were amazing...i just like to say thanks to everyone at the school they made me into the persn i am today x x x x

Limpsfield is a great school the staff are very kind. My favourite lesson is maths and i love playtimes because you can play football,basketball or bulldog.

Hiyaa Well, Today we've been writing out our explanation text, it's all done written up in pen. The Teachers were amazed by The Work That We Did.
Mr. Broad Even Said He Wants To Swap Some y4's for some of his class! We have spent about 2 weeks learning about Trout.... We've got About 50 In Our Tank, At the moment. They're growing up really fast! They're only about 7mm . I think we're going to release them on the 18th of february hopefully, they'll be bigger.

y4's i will give you some advice- go camping it is wicked if you go to Edale you will climb mam tor (its hard but good) and you will enjoy the swimming baths at hathersage but when you are on the way there you will go under a 3 or 4 mile tunnel (totley tunnel) and when you are waiting at meadowall train station get ready. me sadie and emma johnson nearlly had a heartattack the train came so quickly i jumped back and banged in to jake neville and max tomlin

Hello everybody, i am ramyar and everyday when i go to school i play football.

Goodness me!!! I'm quite bored because the weather is absolute RUBBISH! I went out on monday and it was cold, so we went in the farm amd then the park but suddenly the snow just come shooting down. Having decided to go home as soon as we had left the sun came out and it was quite warm! When got home and got out of the car it started raining!

Today has been so good we have been having so much fun for a change because most of the time we are doing hard work with out much fun.The only worst thing is that mrs smith/burns has left but still will visit and help with althletics.

We just visited our OLD teachers bringing back alot of good memories and we think that mrs. Riddell, Mrs. Grayson and Mr. Broad should all get a payrise because they are such good teachers. (if they see this dont forget to pay us later haha).
It was so good to see you all and we can't wait to visit you again sometime in the future.

Y3s went to Eureka yesterday. When we got there we did not know were to start. Stacey's favourite bit was shopping at m&s and the blue room. Chiyah's favourite part was shopping in m&s.

At limpsfield junior school it is so fun because on wednesday miss burns used to teach us Humanities. But now we have got a different teacher because she is leaving and I do not want her to leave because she is the best teacher and she is funny!

Limpsfield is the best school on Earth because they take us on exciting trips, do exciting lessons and the kindest teachers ever!

Yesterday we went to Eureka. We had much fun and we liked m&s very much.

I was surprised when I first started at Limpsfield. me and liam and kyle were the only ones to play with because we were the only ones to know each other. me liam and kyle were just about to play football. the best thing about limpsfield is i have the greatest teacher in the world. Her name is mrs sushams. Liam thinks football is the best, and maths too. I think so too.

yesterday we went to eureka and we prefered m&s that was a shop in eureka but nailahs favourite part was driving the truck.

We went to Eureka yesterday. It was really fun. When we got there we were really excited. We didn't know what to do first because it was so exciting. Liam liked pretending he was driving a truck. Chiyah preferred shopping in the M&S shop there.

I was part of the first intake to Limpsfield school when it first opened, with Alan Clayton doing a wonderfull job as headmaster, and Joseph Dunn playing an important part in my school life. It was a wonderfull school then and seems to be equally loved now.

this school is cool and so is miss smith.she a wicked coach in athletics.just done practise sats and got 68 marks which is 7 marks over a 5!and that was in science my worst subject but oh well,i'll live!'

The warm welcome from everyone at Limpsfield from the moment I arrived was simply outstanding and just shows what a wonderful environment your school is.

Hey Limpsfield! Wow, I left years ago!! I'm in Y11 at Wales High School now! I have to say, Limpsfield has to be the most amazing school ever! Loved it! I havn't been back since I left, which is a pity. I have changed my name now, used to be Littlewood, but now it's Turner. I was in Mrs Graysons class in Y6, but was in various others throughout the school and I loved every one of them !!

I left Limpsfield also like Serena about 10 years ago, and looking back on it now i can't think of a better place for a child to grow, play and begin their education. Limpsfield is a wonderful school, which has given me exceptionally wonderful memories. I cant believe a lot of the teachers who where there when i was are still teaching there. Which goes to say a lot, especially you Mr Bainbridge. You always said you couldn't retire until you had put the whole "Grey" tribe through Limpsfield. "Well Done" you did it!!!!! I think I can safely say from all of us (Richard, Sarah, Lucy, and myself) that you along with the other teachers make limpsfield the tremendous place it is. Good luck in the future. And keep it up, look at us all....you're doing a good job )

Hi, just finished Hinde House, and with a bit of luck should be working in telecommunications with BT reasonably soon [modern apprenticeship]... What I will say is this is probably the best school I've ever been to :)

Gosh how long has it been for me since I left Limpsfield it must be 26 years ago. Mr Bainbridge I can't believe you are still the headmaster and I bet you don't look a day older. Do you remember the Irvine's John, Bernard Jackie, Peter and of course me. To be honest the only teachers I can remeber is yourself and Mrs Foster who worked in the office. I used to look forward to our dinners the way we all used to sit down at the tables and take it in turns serving, the best bit was when you got second helpings. My sister and I are actually organising a reunion for the pals that lived on the casteldine gardens estate or round that area dates TBC. I left sheffield when I was 16 and moved to London with the family. Married 16years have two children girl 12 boy 5. Please drop a line. just like to say that in my second week of hinde house I became a student counciler, (please ignore the spelling i havent gotten much better!), and i have just recently installed a basket ball court, a rugby pitch, a hockey pitch, and a football pitch, i am hoping to be doing a lot of work for the public soon, and i am going to do a massive drawing, or try to do a sponsored walk for the charity of the childerens hospital.
i would also like to say hi to everyone and that sarah rahman has the worst writing for the internet (every1? luv ya lods?), plus my sister zoe, who will be attending limpsfield in 2007, has just recently collected 39 easter eggs, with the help of my dad and me, and gave them to the childeren of the hospital because it was a nice thing to do, and it helps the hospital with its finances, so they can use the extra money for new doctors, nurses, equipment etc. etc.
hope everyone is ok and Mr.Broad on saturday me and my family went to cadbury world in birmingham (i was sick...) and ate lots of chocolate! and then we drove to a place called rugby and slept over the night, and drove up to warwick castle the very next day. it was a great experience, especially the ghost tower which is meant to be haunted, and i jumped ten feet in the air when someone leapt from behind the door and scared me!
my sister came up with a new joke, why did the skeleton cross the road?
-to get to the body shop!!! (hee hee!).
but its now 10:15PM, and i need my bedime movie popcorn and shocolate whilst i watch a film.

Dear Mr Broad,
This is the first time in nearly 4 years that i have contacted you. This is because i have only just got access to the internet at home. Just thought i would let you know how i'm going on at school and asked what's changed at my beloved Limpsfield. I was a bit dissapointed with my key stage 3 SAT'S results; 7 maths, 7 science, but 6 in English. You should see from my impeccable use of grammer and punctuation that i should have got better.HA!
Anyway in i am year 10 now and i have chosen my options; Business studies, PE, French and German(NVQ). In GCSE's so far i have had an A* in French (speaking) and an A in a Science modular test. Also an 'A' in English which i did in year 9.
In school the rest of the Limpsfielders are getting on well.Say hello to all the teachers for me. at the end of year 7 i moved to Rotherham, so it has been hard for me to visit you. But please write back.

Saw the Tudor portraits at the Millenium galleries, and I think they are fantastic. Am definitely going to develop our Tudor portraits in year 5 along the same lines. Thank you for a great exhibition!

Hi ya, unfortunately I didn't come to limpsfield junior school but when I moved from hinde house junior to hinde house secondary I met some pupils from limpsfield called Lauren Maw (WIZ), Emma Goodjohn, Sharna Sampson, Emma Harrison,Rosie Schofield, Chelsea Ashton. Probably you know them all i've heard so much about limpsfield and now I wish I came to your school instead. I'm sat in my i.c.t lesson with Emma g and the rest of the crew. Alex has really enjoyed attending Limpsfield School and has continued the way he started. He enjoys learning and this is reflected in his reports and results.

I used to go to limpsfield ages ago! im now 18 working at street force with the council. Infact Mr bainbridge once commended my drawing of a cabbage and im probably known as cassandra by most of the teachers from only fools and horses. Hope you are all well. rebekah x
