In Yer Face 2005
| We have been working very hard during our art lessons looking at our faces. We have made observational drawings, pen and ink drawings, oil pastel portraits, clay heads, prints and large 'head' sculptures. Also we have been writing about ourselves and where we live. This work has been shared with other schools in the area and together we have produced a fantastic art exhibition which is at The Clocktower Gallery in the Northern General Hospital, Sheffield. Some of our writing is also in the exhibition. The exhibition celebrates the expressive power of our children's achievement in the visual and performing arts. An amazing feature of the exhibition is a group piece of 1,000 pottery heads!!!
It is an awesome and remarkable exhibition!
